  • What are your rates?

    Our rates vary depending on size and type of storage. Please call for rates and available sizes or a list of our rates can be found here
  • Should I make a reservation?

    Availability changes on a daily basis. In order to make sure the space you want is available when you need it, we recommend that you make an advance reservation.
  • Do I need insurance?

    Your goods should be insured while they are in storage. We have inexpensive insurance available, which is especially designed for self storage. And, if you use a disc lock, the deductible is waved. Your homeowners policy may also cover your goods while in storage. Check with your agent to determine if you have coverage.
  • How does the gate operate?

    Each tenant picks their own code. When you need to enter the facility, simply enter your code into the keypad. The gate will open. To exit the property, drive up to the gate and it will open... it's that easy!
  • Do you give me a key?

    You provide your own lock and key so that you are the only one with access to your unit. You may purchase a high quality lock at our storage office.
  • Can I pay for my unit over the phone?

    You will need to visit the facility to lease your unit and make the initial payment. After that, you may call to make payments by credit card or we can set up your account to automatically charge your credit card each month. Now, You can also pay on our website. Click the green "Pay my Rent" button at the top of the page and set up your account today!
  • What type of payment do you accept?

    We accept cash, check, Visa, MasterCard, Amex, and Discover. Payments after hours can be placed in our night payment box. Checks or money orders only... please DO NOT put cash in this box.
  • Do you sell boxes?

    We sell a variety of moving boxes at the storage office.
  • I only need storage for a few days, can I rent by the day?

    The minimum rental period is 1 month. You may use the space for a few days, a few weeks or all month. However we are unable to offer refunds for early move-outs.
  • What kind of documentation do I need to rent a unit?

    A valid drivers license or federal ID with picture is required to lease a unit.
  • Do you have your own movers?

    While we do not offer moving services, there are a variety of local movers available for your use. Check the yellow pages under the heading "movers" for a complete list in our area.
  • How long will it take to complete my transaction on move-in day?

    The entire move-in process should take less than 15 to 20 minutes. Please keep in mind this time could vary depending on whether there are other customers ahead of you when you arrive. Mornings are usually the slowest period of the day while afternoons are busier.
  • What is inside storage?

    Our 11th Street facility has storage units within the building for added security. Entrance is gained with your pass-code. The building has both smoke and fire sensors. Dock height doors provide easy access for your goods. We also have inside units, some of which are climate controlled, at our Superior avenue location.
